The Balance Disorder Centre is dedicated to the diagnosis and rehabilitation of people who suffer from balance problems.  We offer balance testing with the latest diagnostic equipment. Input from our eyes, ears and somatosensory system (information from our muscles, bones and joints) is sent to the brain to maintain our equilibrium.  Problems in any of those systems can result in dizziness, giddiness or unsteadiness. Our expert team has specialised training to evaluate the balance system and pinpoint the balance problem.  Once a diagnosis is reached, the appropriate intervention can be made including medications, surgery and/or Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy.
